Membership visits, response windows, and maintenance benefits are subject to roof access, roof pitch, weather conditions, technician availability, service area, and safety conditions. Loyalty credits are subject to membership terms and may not be used to waive, reduce, rebate, absorb, or offset any insurance deductible or required homeowner payment.
How Rooftop Loyalty Credits Work
A portion of your paid Roof Care Membership may build as a Rooftop Loyalty Credit for qualifying future roofing or exterior work. For non-insurance retail projects, the credit may be applied toward eligible roof replacement, roof repairs, gutters, ventilation upgrades, exterior improvements, or other approved work. For insurance-related work, the credit cannot be used toward the insurance-approved scope, deductible, or any required homeowner payment. It may only be applied to separately priced optional upgrades or non-covered elective work.

Roof Surface Check
We check visible roof surfaces for signs of wear, lifted shingles, missing shingles, exposed fasteners, and other visible concerns.
Pipe Boots & Penetrations
We inspect pipe boots, vents, roof penetrations, and sealant areas that commonly become leak points over time.
Flashing & Transitions
We check visible flashing, wall transitions, valleys, ridges, and roof-to-wall areas where water-shedding details matter.
Photo Documentation
Members receive photo documentation so they can better understand roof conditions and keep records over time.
Storm-Area Alerts
When severe weather is reported near a member’s ZIP code, Rooftop may notify affected members and recommend a roof check.
Priority Scheduling
Members receive priority scheduling over non-member requests, with higher tiers receiving stronger priority benefits.
What Is Not Included
Roof Care Memberships are preventive maintenance plans and do not include full roof repairs, roof replacement, storm damage restoration, decking replacement, interior repairs, structural repairs, chimney masonry work, skylight replacement, tree trimming, emergency tarping, or repairs requiring materials beyond minor maintenance items. If additional repair work is needed, Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling LLC will provide a separate estimate before work is performed.
Roof Care Memberships and Insurance Claims
Rooftop Roof Care Memberships are not insurance and are not a substitute for homeowner’s insurance. If roof work is paid wholly or partly from insurance proceeds, the homeowner remains responsible for paying the full deductible and any required homeowner payment. Membership benefits, loyalty credits, discounts, rebates, or promotional savings may not be used to waive, reduce, rebate, absorb, or offset an insurance deductible or the insurance-approved covered scope. Loyalty credits may only be applied to separately priced optional upgrades, non-covered elective work, or qualifying non-insurance retail projects. Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling LLC is not a public adjuster and does not interpret policy coverage or negotiate claims on behalf of homeowners.

Is this roof maintenance plan a warranty?
No. Rooftop Roof Care Memberships are preventive maintenance plans. They include roof checkups, documentation, priority scheduling, storm-area alerts, and eligible maintenance benefits, but they are not a roof warranty or insurance policy.
Can a Roof Care Membership guarantee my roof will not leak?
No. Regular maintenance can help identify visible concerns, but no maintenance plan can guarantee that a roof will never leak due to storms, age, hidden conditions, installation defects by others, or sudden damage.
Can loyalty credits be used on an insurance claim?
Loyalty credits cannot be used to waive, reduce, rebate, absorb, or offset an insurance deductible or required homeowner payment. For insurance-related work, credits may only be applied to separately priced optional upgrades, non-covered elective work, or qualifying non-insurance retail projects.
What roof types qualify?
Most standard residential asphalt shingle roofs may qualify. Metal, tile, low-slope, steep-slope, specialty roofs, or roofs with difficult access may require custom pricing or may not qualify for every membership level.
